Product Return Information
- You may return any new, unused items for a refund. Simply return the item in its original product packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- We will provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label for UPS packages. Call 800-605-8944 or email email@example.com to request your label. No restocking fees!
- Please contact Customer Service at 800-605-8944 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return instructions for truck shipments.
- We will credit your original payment method for the product purchase price within 48 hours of receipt of your return (customer is responsible for original outbound shipping cost). If you need a different item (size, color, etc.) simply place a new order online and it will be processed ASAP.
- Items shipped via truck may be subject to a 15-20% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Some special/custom orders may not be returned for credit.

Any return shipments that are not properly prepared could potentially become lost.
To complete an exchange simply follow the directions above to "make a return" and order the correct item from the website again. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Unless notes, all products are covered against workmanship and material defects betwee 5 years to the full life-time of the product, which in the case of a soccer goal is over 10 years. If you're concerned about a the warranty of a particular item, please contact us. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. Normal wear and tear is not covered on products like clothing, nets and balls. OpenYard reserves the right to repair, replace or refund as appropriate. OpenYard extends no warranty express or implied for damage arising from the use or alleged failure of any of its products. All merchandise is sold under these conditions. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
High Risk Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or stop shipment on any order we perceive as high risk. We take into consideration item combinations, address location, incorrect contact information and prior customer interactions. If we flag an order as high risk, we may attempt work with the customer orders to lower the risk level and proceed with the order. We may require additional steps or special terms for the customer.
