- You have up to 30-days from the delivery date to begin the return process
- OpenYard must receive the item(s) in re-sellable condition

We can begin the return process up to 30-days from the time you receive the item. In other words, it is OK if we receive the item after the 30-days as long as you begin the process within the 30-days. During that time, if there is a problem with what you bought or you just don't like it, contact us to get an RA # (Return Authorization). After you get your RA # (Return Authorization) please ship your items to:

Unless the reason for the return is our fault, customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest using a ground shipment carrier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL where the package shipment can be tracked. Any return shipments that are not clearly marked with the return authorization number will be refused. If the item you're returning is a large goal, replacement part, piece of field equipment or if you're outside the return period, there may be a 15-20% re-stocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.

If you're concerned about a the warranty of a particular item, please contact us. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. Normal wear and tear is not covered on products like clothing, nets and balls. OpenYard reserves the right to repair, replace or refund as appropriate. High Risk Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or stop shipment on any order we perceive as high risk. We take into consideration item combinations, address location, incorrect contact information and prior customer interactions. If we flag an order as high risk, we may attempt work with the customer orders to lower the risk level and proceed with the order. We may require additional steps or special terms for the customer.
