Ruggedly constructed with 3-1/2" O.D. heavy wall steel tubing, has a tough powder coated finish. Top pulley caps are cast aluminum with a 1-3/4" diam.. aluminum pulley. Tensioning ratchet is cold-rolled steel painted green with a removable handle and spring-loaded safety latch. Includes all assembly hardware. Includes one pair of 24" long aluminum sleeves with cast aluminum top caps for semi-permanent installation.
