The Kwik Goal Mega Ladder is the ultimate speed and training ladder. It allows you to break the ladder up in 4 different section to create a non-linear stepping path and promote even great agility. The dimensions are 34'L x 20"W. Adjustable rungs spaced 18" apart. The 4 sections are 6', 7.5', 9' and 10.5' long. Velcro on ends of each section for various training options.
