Placing Purchase Orders

Shop around the OpenYard LLC website as you normally would, print out the shopping cart and either fax, mail or call in your purchase order. If you have any questions, you can call us toll-free at 800-605-8944. We generally only accept purchase orders from schools, municipalities and similar organizations. Your purchase order amount must be over $200.

Placing Orders via Phone

If you'd like us to place your order for you over the phone, that is fine. Just call us at 800-605-8944 and we'll help take care of your order. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST. Have your credit card ready unless you're making a purchase order. In that case, please have your PO# ready.

Placing Orders via Online

We designed our website to easily complete online orders so we hope you don't have a problem making one. But if you do, please let us know you're having a difficult time and we'll work on the issue until it's fixed, 100% Guaranteed.

Does OpenYard accept Personal Checks or Money Orders?

Yes, we do! But it might take a little longer to process your order since we have to wait for the check to clear.

Does OpenYard accept Paypal?

Yes, we do; however, we can't take your Paypal information over the phone so you must place PayPal orders online.

Check the Status of your Orders

You can easily view the status of recent orders by logging into Your Account. Your orders past orders will be displayed on the bottom of the main account page.

Simply click on any order for additional detailed information.

If you made a mistake, and would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Receive a Broken or Damaged Product?

We take great care in packaging to minimize breakage, yet sometimes the unfortunate happens. If a product is visibly broken upon arrival, please contact us with details. We will do our best to make sure you get a replacement part quickly and with no hassle!

How about a physical storefront?

Unfortunately our warehouse and offices are closed to the public. We cannot accept walk-in customers nor local pick-ups. While we develop the resources to maintain our high "Open Yard, LLC" standards for a local retail outlet, we operate strictly online.

Does OpenYard provide sponsorships or donations?

Yes! We seek sponsorship opportunities that will build strong, successful, and unique partnerships while benefiting all participants. If you have a website or forum with a steady following, lets talk! We may be interested in a partnership.

Does OpenYard offer wholesale, bulk, or dealer pricing?

Definately! Ask us about it.
