Returns
We take returns for 30-days. If there is a problem with what you bought or you just don't like it, send an email returns@OpenYard.com to get an RA # (Return Authorization). After you get your RA # (Return Authorization) please ship your items to:

Unless the reason for the return is our fault, customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest using a ground shipment carrier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL where the package shipment can be tracked. Any return shipments that are not clearly marked with the return authorization number will be refused. If the item you're returning is a large goal, piece of field equipment or if your order was placed was over 30 days ago, there may be a 15% re-stocking fee.
Exchanges

Warranty
We warranty products against defect in workmanship and material for one year. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. Certain products, like clothing, nets and balls, are subject to wear and tear and are not covered. OpenYard reserves the right to repair, replace or refund as appropriate. OpenYard extends no warranty express or implied for damage arising from the use or alleged failure of any of its products. All merchandise is sold under these conditions.
